My first deck for mono blue and it's just from cards that I already have. Suggestions and feedbacks are desperately needed and would be highly appreciated! Thanks!! :)

Will also probably add a Jace, Unraveler of Secrets.

IDEA:

Win Conditions: Rise from the Tides, Inkwell Leviathan, and Scourge of Fleet

Bounce creatures, counter spells, and draw cards until we have enough instants and sorceries in the graveyard for rise from the tides, and enough islands for inkwell leviathan and scourge of fleets.

Also, what would be a good deck for Jace, Unraveler of Secrets? I really want to play around that card so if you have suggestions, it would be highly appreciated! Thank you guys!! :)
