Help! My First Dirmir Mill Deck

UPDATE: This deck has been through a little bit of work. I bought several cards on tcgplayer.com and have reshashed the entire thing to support Phenax.

This is my first attempt at a mill deck. I typically play white based aggro style decks, so this is way out of my comfort zone. I know the deck is running heavy right now and I want to bring it down to 60 cards but need help with editing at this point.

Trying to keep this rooted in spell based milling, as opposed to creatures, and the creatures need to be useful in a milling type of way.

Also, I am trying to keep this Standard Legal (That' the only format my local FNM allows.)

Any advice would be much appreciated as I am in uncharted territory here.

Ok I dumped the defenders except a few just because I feel I need something to protect myself. The Returned Phalanx can be paid to attack if I need it and it deals damage while defending, the Doorkeeper are just 2 drop defenders but can also mill if I need them too. The only other creatures are the Balustrade Spy which also have a mill function and fly, and the Planeswalkers. Jace is the big guy here so I added some Diabolic Tutor to the deck so I can search for him. Ashiok is more for the function of burning a few cards and potentially hijacking creatures if I need/want to. I have put in all the mill spells I have available to me at the moment but am open to more suggestions because if they are cheap I can buy them. I actually don't even own Jace but plan on buying him if I can get this deck solid...right now I'm using a copy of him I printed up and put in a sleeve just to test things before spending the money.
