I'm very new to Magic and I've picked up some pointers at FNM this last week (my first time). Here is what I had available from all my cards, but obviously I need some additions to make this better. Please leave any advice you can to help me make this a more consistent and strong deck. Thanks!

UPDATEI've made some alterations based on suggestions and here's where my deck is now. I'm still trying to get my hands on two Brutal Hordechief and swapping out my Cliffside Lookouts for another low cost ally. I'm finding my lands are becoming a big drawback in this deck so I don't know if I should kick out Mortuary Mire, Blighted Steppe, and Rogue's Passage in favor of basic lands or Caves of Koilos. Please let me know what you think. Thanks again!

UPDATE 1/2/2016 Thanks again to everyone for their feedback. I have some cards on the way, but I'm including these in my last update. I'll be playing this at FNM on 1/8 to see how it fairs. I've been playing with my kids at home with what I was using prior to this update and their decks are incredibly aggressive and hard for me to ever win with this deck. With the new updates I haven't lost a single match (fingers crossed!). Thanks again!
