I think you like goblins, so make a goblin deck (+ monastery swiftspear because the card is just awesome). Easy land base just 18 or if you want 20 Mountain. Just use a lot of low creature drops and some cards to buff your creatures.4x Goblin Glory Chaser4x Monastery Swiftspear4x Goblin Piledriver4x Subterranean Scout4x Boggart Brute2x Zada, Hedron Grinder
4x Titan's Strength4x Goblin War PaintMaybe this is a good start.

as an aggro deck you need more creatures and consistency among creatures. Ive played mono red for almost 2 years straight now an i can tell you a few things from my experiences,
First thing i noticed was your land base. you literally have 1 source for red mana...which is not good at all. The card your building around itself requires 2 red on its own to cast (Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh Flip). you don't need the "Blighted" lands, you can't activate any of them besides the red one and 5 mana, losing a mana source and dealing only 2 damage is not a good thing at all. I would keep your 1 Looming Spires as giving first strike and triggering landfall is pretty fantastic. You don't need 4 however because mono red needs to be fast and can't have a lot of "enters the battlefield tapped" lands. I would keep about 2 Mage-Ring Network in that it is a bank for mana and lets you play 4 drops off of 3 lands. Also keeping Rogue's Passage as a one of is fine. the rest of your lands need to be mountains or fetchlands that find mountains i.e. Wooded Foothills and/or Bloodstained Mire (My current deck runs 22 mountains flat)
secondly, you have a lot of cards that i can tell you just want to play, but have little to no place in mono red; as well as others that are fine in a sideboard just not in the main. i'll address these as they appear:
Call of the Full Moon seems all fine and dandy as it gives you 3 extra power but its just not around in game very long. you'll generally get 1 combat from it and that's the turn you play it on a creature. Lets face it, in a real game, your opponent is definitely going to play at least 2 spells every turn. You're better off running the full 4 Titan's Strength
Flameshadow Conjuring seems good and dandy since the copy cost is only 1 red mana, but mono red runs a lot of cheap, lower end creatures and therefore they're not really worth duplicating. you're just better off using that 1 mana you would spend anyways to clear out a blocker with things like Wild Slash or Fiery Impulse or hitting an unblocked creature with that Titan's Strength i mentioned earlier.
Goblin War Paint is fine because it gives +2/+2 AND gives haste. Personally id rather just run another creature like Subterranean Scout it gives board presence and also gives most the creatures you'll end up running haste. i don't use him though so lets leave this slot open...
Retreat is actually perfect as a 1 of because it causes something to not block to get through damage or buff creatures to push through more damage when your opponent is wide open
Sorry to say, i don't think any of your artifacts belong either. I know aligned hedron network is a FANTASTIC card but you aren't worried about being the control deck, if you haven't won by the time you would need to use it, you're losing or have already lost. the rest just don't pair well with what mono red or aggro decks in general are trying to do.
Boiling Earth and Demolish are sideboard cards. Boiling Earth is good when you're playing against token decks or other mono red decks in that it causes blowouts. however its just not good enough against most other decks to be mainboard material. Same goes for smash to smithereens, and volcanic upheaval. Smash is just an instant speed demolish that does damage and a lot of decks don't really run a whole lot of artifacts so you don't need to see them mainboarded.
Sure Strike and titan's strength are fantastic combat tricks.
Chandra's Fury is too expensive for what it does. the 1 damage to every creature your opponents control is not really going to do much at all. you're better off getting a hold of a set of Exquisite Firecraft because the 4 damage from that can be aimed at a creature OR player.
creature wise, there are better choices for this deck.
If i may make some suggestions:
4 Monastery Swiftspear, 2-3 Zurgo Bellstriker and some number of Goblin Glory Chaser or Lightning Berserker is an ideal set of 1 drops. Swiftspears are a must!!!
Dragon Fodder is a really good 2 drop since you get 2 bodies for blocking or just to increase your ranks and optional targets for a Titan's Strength or Sure Strike. same goes for Hordeling Outburst as a 3 drop
try to get your hands on a set of Abbot of Keral Keep. he is a red spell and finds you more red spells to flip chandra. Example: Turn 4 play 4th land and tap chandra to deal 1 damage. Play abbot, exile a Wild Slash and untap chandra. Tap her again for her 2nd damage, cast the wild slash, untap her, tap her for her 3rd damage, flip her, +1 her and she deals 5 damage on her own from that turn. And that's before you attack with the rest of your creatures.
cheap burn is also really useful. consider Wild Slash, Fiery Impulse, and as mentioned before, Exquisite Firecraft
sorry for writing you an essay but mono red players hold a special spot in my heart and i want to help as best i could. That's all i can think of off of the top of my head. I can post a link to my mono red decklist once i get it on this site if you'd like.
:) hope this helped and good luck to you!

I'm really failing to see why you need to run lands that aren't mountains or Looming Spires. Is there something I'm missing here? Can you even play all of your cards with that base? I just do not get why you even considered this, but it's so specific there must be a reason.
Also why you need to run all these artifacts. War Horn and Cranial Archive are probably fine, I don't know what tools you have available in standard that you might replace those with.
Chandra's Fury is rarely going to accomplish anything. I guess sideboard it if you are worried about 1/1 tokens or something.
Goblin Piledriver looks like a 4-of to me, or at least sideboarding 2 more against blue control (something I have never known to not be present in every meta).
Boiling Earth Looks like a 2-of (or less) to me because when is an aggro deck going to reach 7 mana? Most often you will not be awakening it, in which case it's effect is maybe making your trades better or maybe just killing a 2/1 or something. There's gotta be something like Shock or Lightning Bolt or Lightning Strike except in Standard that would be better.

There was a reason, and that was bad advice from a friend....ive taken out most of the colourless land and have actual mountains in there!
I however didn't realise how big a screw-up this was until playing at the last FNM and discovered I was unable to play pretty much anything.
I'm looking into other cards to add too.
Thanks for the input!
Lesson learned!

I worry for your friend's ability to play this game, but I am glad you have your deck working better now.
Best of luck.

You should add more zada's, Piledrivers, glory chasers and lose all of the lava step raiders.

Added some cards from BFZ as well as more colourless lands...I'm sure there is more I can do to this, but have no idea what exactly. I love Goblin tokens, so Dragon Fodder is now in there too.
Also want to add a sideboard to this but if I'm honest I've no idea if a)it really needs it or b)what exactly to use!
