I love the idea of using Radha, Heir to Keld to cast instants. Another aspect of this deck that I like the idea of, is using the Bosium Strip to get a second use of the instants.

I would love some advise!

I try to keep my decks very "budget" friendly (If I don't already own it, I go for under a dollar).

I would say that my playgroup is more casual, but I think they all net-deck their decks after what is doing best in the format(s) (I am okay with that). We have not yet played this format so I don't know 100% what to expect from them. So try to keep that in mind when offering advise.

I don't need to have the best deck, but I want to be able to win some of the time (the more the better).

What are my biggest weaknesses? What should I take out/add in (main board/sideboard)? What other tiny leader decks should I expect, and how do I combat them? Is this deck just awful? Please let me know, I would love to read some comments. Thank you.
