Out in the wilds... —Feb. 10, 2020
I had the opportunity for some games with the deck at my LGS. And while the second one ended on turn four with Worldgorger + Anje combo, the first one was pretty impressive indeed:
There was one Elsha of the Infinite spellslinger that unfortunately got pretty mana screwed, one Niv-Mizzet Reborn 5c dragons that didn't get to do much either and a pretty powerful Lord Windgrace.
I got very lucky with my hand. This way, I could flood the board with fatties around turn 7, thanks to Myojin of Life's Web. The Elsha player cast a Divine Reckoning which left me with a Paleoloth. I was done rebuilding and even topping my board two turns later thanks to the massive amount of ramp I had drawn before. The Windgrace player used Rampaging Baloths, Splendid Reclamation and a Domri to throuw 80 damage my way. Thanks to my recurred Myojin and a full hand, I only took 14 damage out of this while still keeping an impressive board. I won the turn after.
That was fun. I'll try to take Teddy-G for another ride soon. But maybe I'll reduce the amount of sillyness I tend to put into conversations when playing the deck.
What's more? The afternoon had me acquire more than 60 new cards for different decks. What I got for this here are Spearbreaker Behemoth, Aggressive Mammoth, Rampaging Baloths and a Terra Stomper. And while the last one didn't make the cut, the other three have gleefully been included. I unfortunately had to take my beloved Panglacial Wurm out, but it will get back in there as soon as I find any underperformers.

RxPhantom: Great to hear from you again. Although I updated the list, I haven't played it in months, so I couldn't yet test how wild pair actually plays out. But looking at how many creature the deck has which match the total p & t, it should work out once I can test it. More on that then!
I totally what you mean. There are so many incrediblf green beatsticks coming out, and I already do have just so many cards I could imagine exchanging. Looking at TBH, Nyxbloom Ancient and the new Nylea seem promising, but still there are so many cards on maybe board that I'm far away from acquiring. So yeah, definitely true. How's your list doing?

Long time no speak! I like the update. How is Wild Pair working out for you? It seems like you'd have to change the deck quite a bit to enable it. And I don't know about you, but I'm finding it harder and harder to maintain this deck, only because there are so many quality fatties coming out all the time.
