Also Axebane Guardian is only really useful with Galvanic Alchemist for infinite mana with 4 Defenders.

I would cut the Worldspine Wurm , Risen Sanctuary , and card:Coursers' Accord for 2 Loxodon Smiter s and 2 Armada Wurm s. Check out my deck deck:palisade-protection.

A few suggestions for your deck:
-2x Slime Molding , -2x card:Coursers' Accord, -1x Worldspine Wurm , -1x Risen Sanctuary
+4x card:Druid's Deliverance, +2x Armada Wurm
Plain and simple, Worldspine Wurm is too expensive. Even with the ramp you're getting from Axebane Guardian and Gatecreeper Vine , you might not even be able to ramp to 11 until your tenth or eleventh turn. You could be winning with this deck a lot sooner than that once you get a lot of centaurs on the board. card:Coursers' Accord and Risen Sanctuary are both pretty expensive cards as well, and I'd pass on them for the same reason: you can win sooner, for a lot cheaper. I'd be interested to see how Slime Molding would play in this deck, but I'd take them out for Armada Wurm in a heartbeat.
You're right to consider Armada Wurm in this deck. Armada Wurm is definitely a bigger bomb than either Risen Sanctuary or Worldspine Wurm in this deck. If Growing Ranks , card:Trostani, Selesnya's Voice or even Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage are on the board, an army of trampling Wurms is very difficult to overcome. With the Gatecreepers and Axebanes, ramping to 6 is not an issue either. By turn 6, you could easily have an army of Wurms and Centaurs big enough to swing for lethal.
card:Druid's Deliverance is very good card in this deck. Not only does it protect you from early damage in fast aggro decks, it gives you a free Centaur! The combo of protection and populate is just too good to pass up.

I agree whole heartedly with deewdloc, Dual Lands, while not budget options are a worthwile investment as even if you stop playing this deck dual lands can go in any deck with that color and make it better. So, in my opinion the first investments you should make would be some Temple Garden s and some Sunpetal Grove s. other than that your deck seems very well made and streamlined, i would suggest some Intangible Virtue s as they are incredible in token decks, possibly over the Growing Ranks as those have been too slow in my experience.

I would say replace the pilgrim for Birds of Paradise. BOP can block fliers. Yes even tho he won't kill them, he will give you another turn against a flier.

Your base isn't too bad, but guildgates are too slow so use Sunpetal or Temple Garden . Definitely use armada wurm instead of worldspine and sanctuary, it is cheaper than both of them and a lot better. I like axebane guardian, but he is a three drop so you'll be waiting a long time to use him, so arbor elf and avacyn's pilgrim are much better for mana ramping. Collective blessing is nice, but intangible virtue is much cheaper, so you'll actually be able to use it, plus 4/4 vigilant centaurs are awesome. Guildmage is cheap herself, but her abilities are too expensive, turn two you'll be looking to play call to the conclave anyway. I'd run more wayfaring temple and fungal sprouting too, a few tokens of any kind is useful. You may as well use grove of the guardian to give yourself more options, if you plan on having lots of centaurs it won't matter too much if you're tapping them to bring out an 8/8.
