Im being working in this deck for a while, Im basically new in MTG so I may don't sound very technical about it, but really works for me!
I start with Duress or Despise so I take away options of my opponent, then after 3 turns I start to play things like Gatekeeper of Malakir forcing him to sacrifice creatures, I can either, decide block with a creature and bring them back with Grim Discovery or destroy his creature with Dreadbore or Terminate . In the worst case I can use Extirpate for make sure whatever is, is not coming back.

Temporal Extortion and Staff of Nin help me to get mana and cards more quick, if I get a direct attack I can respond with Wild Ricochet and even hit more back... then when Bloodline Keeper, Captivating Vampire and Vampire Nighthawk come to table, the fun start!.... killing his creatures, getting life back and taking control of some too..

The gran Finale is a combo with Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, just one hit with Staff of Nin and his life will drain to me one by one...
