From a flavor stand point, milling and discarding in Magic: the Gathering has always been synonymous with lost memories, thought, and ideas. With this deck, we turn insanity into victory. Sometimes we have to sacrifices in order to come out on top, even if it means going absolutely insane. There are two ways this deck can achieve success:

1). Self-milling to win with Laboratory Maniac

2). Using infect/commander damage to kill in one swing with Lazav

While this is still a work in progress, it is rather functional currently. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.
