I think he's saying he won 10 bucks with the deck, not that its worth 10 dollars.

Oh jeeze, 5 comments at once....
I also thought that there was something weird about Celestial Flare. T/O said it was non-legal. Couldn't figure out why, until I saw it was M14 and not M15....
joekeny those cards are really good! The things is.... Where do I put them, and what to remove?! I'm so excited for the new Valorous Stance card. Chained will be taken out I think, and maybe also Lightning Strike. Then I can maybe add Gods Willing :).
The thing with those two cards is, that they only protects one creature. Which often isn't enough.... I like to have many creatures....
CrovaxTheCursed Actually, I found out, that I NEVER sided Celestial Flare in. Cause, it was only good against Stormbreath Dragon (also, glad I never sided it in, cause it would not be legal.... Ooops) :).
But the thing is, what to remove for those protection cards? There is so many cards I want to include!
And yea, what I meant with the title (besides from getting many views) was, that if you build this deck, you can probably win at your FNM in your LGS :). Where you can win 10$!

Yeah I know how you feel... Have you thought of including Monastery Swiftspear? Maybe instead of Soldier of the Pantheon also what about dropping 2-3 lands?

Whoops, my mistake. I didn't realize some shops gave out ten bucks for a prize. My shop just gives the promo of the month to first and second. Do you ever have trouble Convoking the Obelisk out? Or are the token generators enough to compensate for the low creature count?

Okay guys! I made some changes!
joekeny I have indeed thought of Monastery Swiftspear. But, it's not a soldier. But you are totally right, that Soldier of the Pantheon needs to go! So, changed him to Satyr Hoplite! Early heroic monster, that can be pumped! And I have dropped a land!
Well, CrovaxTheCursed, that's a great question! But no, I don't have any problems with paying the Urd! It is my late game card, so I do have the mana! :)

Well you kinda had human tribal as well, but I guess launch the fleet is just a soldier and not a human soldier. I like this a lot by the way.

While not a soldier, I think swiftspear is still a shoe-in for this deck. Prowess and heroic are a match made in heaven; while you will always be targeting someone for a heroic trigger, having too many heroic creatures means you need to pick and choose, neglecting certain cards in favor of others.
For example, say you have an Akroan Crusader and a Satyr Hoplite both out at the same time. You choose to either buff the hoplite and a +1/+1 or the crusader and get token, but one of the creatures is going to remain a chump. With Monastery Swiftspear, you get added benefit even when she is not the designated target.
With the speed of this deck and the extremely low odds of ever having 2 Obelisk of Urd out at once, I can't see you generally regretting a swiftspear over a hoplite.

joekeny, Thanks! I made some changes! Wanna take a look? Yes, I also had humans. But the tokens are just not humans.... :(
wisegreenbean, you are making some excellent points! Prowess and Heroic is really good together! I put her in now! If I also only got humans, then she will still be pumped! :)
I'm going to try her out! Thanks for the comment! :)

I'm also thinking about putting Chosen by Heliod in instead of the Dragon Mantle. Thought?
Also, I'm running 0 3-drops.... Is that bad?

One more thing though, $10 is not $66 last time I checked... it is $10, and this deck is not that.
