This is one of those awesome decks that are so fun to play with, the best part being that infinite turns makes for a lot of trolling!

This is a mono blue, splashed white, deck.

Infinite combos:

1: Exile a Triton Tactics into Elite Arcanist with a sage of hours on the battle field. Tap one mana and [[elite arcanist for a copy of Triton Tactics , targeting the arcanist and unwrapping it, and targeting Sage of Hours, putting a +1/+1 counter on it. If you have five lands out, you should do this five times in total. Then remove all the counters (5) from Sage of Hours to take an extra turn. Everything then untaps, ready to repeat!

2: Have a Battlefield Thaumaturge out on the battlefield. Now for one mana you can tap infinite creatures with Gridlock!

Other combos:

1: Exile anything into Elite Arcanist for repeated heroic triggers!

2: Battlefield Thaumaturge makes heroic triggers super cheap for surprise blocks, beefing, or beetroot!

3: Silence exiled on to Elite Arcanist for a frustrated opponent who can't play anything!

Other key utility cards:

Hidden Strings: multiple heroic triggers and pseudo vigilance if the cipher is used right.

Crypsis : allows your biggest creature to swing for the win! Nasty when exiled on to Elite Arcanist.

Triton Fortune Hunter : good draw engine to help draw the cards for the combo you want that can also serve as a blocker.

Wincons:

Artisan of Forms : copy their biggest creature, then swing while it's tapped down!

Sage of Hours: even when you don't use his extra turn ability he can be dangerous once he gets beefed up!
