Thank you, jjjwalker. I had been running a UW Heroic and a GW Heroic and wanted to see if they could be put together in an effective way.

Fabled Hero is a game changer. Requires near immediate removal or he we be the death of your opponent. Cavalry Pegasus has great synergy but you have enough evasion via: Aqueous Form Gods Willing Glimpse the Sun God he would be what I would replace.
Playtest with the Spell Rupture and count how many times it gets you out of a quick jam vs. how many times it's a dead card to you. I suspect it will more often be in your hand at a time you would rather have another targeting pump.
Last thought, Triton Tactics is basically a removal spell in your deck, if not adds more evasion via they stay tapped. I'd consider making it a 4 of.

Couple of suggestions, I think a good sideboard card would be Swan Song , mostly to counter the decks that running heavy control. It's cheap and I don't see a SB yet either. It's a good start.
I would also run Fabled Hero , he's probably one of the best human hero's IMO. I would replace Battlewise Hoplite with him. Plus you have the scry ability with the 3x Temples you have in the mana base. The double strike is wicked, especially when he's pumped up with counters.
What do you think about replacing Glimpse the Sun God with Bow of Nylea . It's pretty awesome for it's "deathtouch" ability plus the ability to add counters is epic.
Just ideas...

I would run Common Bond over Reap What Is Sown because you can target one creature TWICE and trigger it's heroic twice.
I would also consider Selesnya Charm as it is a very versatile utility card (heroic trigger, chump blocker, or big removal). Maybe over the Warriors' Lesson .

Mutavault might be interesting in here, as it would get counters from Phalanx Leader (the counters stay when it turns back into a land), and it would get flying from Cavalry Pegasus . I'm not sure what land to suggest replacing for 2 or so of these as it would take some fiddling to keep your man abase consistent.
anyways, nice aggro build. +1 from me :D

oh also Simic Charm in sideboard - its basically your choice of an overloaded Mizzium Skin , Giant Growth , or Unsummon . pretty handy utility card against control.

Thank you all for the helpful comments... Going to make some adjustments. Some specific replies:
Serithorn: I agree about Fabled Hero ... I'm going to do more testing with him in place of Cavalry Pegasus . Spell Rupture does seem like it might be dead weight. Hopefully this deck moves fast enough that it doesn't need it. May move it to SB.
epic_eeyore: FYI - Common Bond , if used on a single creature twice, will only trigger heroic once as it's only one spell. I clarified this will a few sources. Your Selesnya Charm note is a good one and I do think it's more valuable than Warriors' Lesson .
eklamor: You with the Swan Song !!! :-) Although... I think you may be right. Certainly as a SB, all though if I keep Cavalry Pegasus , I'd like to keep flyers off his side of the board. Love your Fabled Hero note.
scrotality: I really like the Simic Charm in the SB. And I thought about Mutavault when building it. I'll keep thinking about it. Seems like I could make it work if I could adjust the mana.
Again... thanks all! Really appreciate the great notes.

Battlewise Hoplite over Hero of Leina Tower because he is awesome and suddenly you can play Brave the Elements which is one of the best white spells in standard right now.

StanleyHartman: Thank you for the response. I do love Battlewise Hoplite
... he was in here until last night when I opted to bring in Fabled Hero
instead, which raised my mana curve. If I take out Hero of Leina Tower
(which is clearly the inferior card between the two), I lose one of my one-drops, and raise my curve even further.
And indeed Brave the Elements
is a brilliant card. It doesn't however trigger heroic as Gods Willing
does (which is admittedly, limited to one creature). I think Brave the Elements
has a good spot on the SB though.
