Makin' weenies, slappin' on +1/+1's, and smashin' faces.

I'm looking for tips to make it better. This deck is mostly for use in casual standard play against my friends but I think it has good enough bones for FNM play. I don't have any 1-drops but I'm not sure what to do about that. Favored Hoplite? Nyxborn Shieldmate? Is Elspeth too slow to be useful enough to take up 3 slots? Should I replace her with Hero of Iroas and work in more Auras?
