This deck is adapted from my draft deck that won 2nd place losing to someone who drew a mono blue devotion deck with Master of Waves so i took out some of the crappier cards like Loyal Pegasus and Great Hart and made this

This deck runs around phalanx leader with the awesome +1/+1 counter for each spell cast on it for all creature focusing on getting creatures out and buffing them up to swing for the fences this deck early.
