"Adorable"? Makalotatothave you seen the sheer terror in an opponent when you stifle a dreadnought?!

I would swap in Muddle the Mixture for Fabricate. +1 :)

I've never played Legacy, but from what I've heard Tormod's Crypt is better in many cases because of the abundance of turn-one graveyard combos like "Oops, all spells" and such.

Ancient Tomb for turn one torpor orb? Also if u add the tomb u could put Chalice of the Void in the sb.

This deck desperately needs cantrips like Brainstorm and Ponder - there's no reason for a blue deck in Legacy that doesn't run Chalice of the Void to not have them, and they will greatly improve your consistency (and a transmute on Muddle the Mixture is much too slow to be a substitute). I think expecting to be able to use manlands like Creeping Tar Pit in a format dominated by Wasteland decks is wishful thinking, so I would cut them. Cards like Mana Leak and Tainted Strike simply aren't Legacy-caliber - Force of Will is a staple for a reason. I apologize if all of this sounds a tad harsh, but Legacy is a very unforgiving format, and the deck as currently constructed would get hammered in any competitive environment.

How about 4x Darkslick Shores instead of the catacombs and ruins?
