How's Dismiss into Dream working for you? I've been considering if for my Derevi deck.

I love it, and I would at the very least suggest put it in and testing it. When Dismiss into Dream hits the field, typically it works a lot in my favor. Sure it can't hit Hexproof or shroud things, but usually big threats don't have that. I love it. I suppose you should really test it with it in your deck. It synergizes with Opposition really well as well. Basically, if you can clean up your opponent's field with it, you're going to win.

If you need any other advice, or have any other questions feel free to ask. :D

Arcane Lighthouse & Bonds of Mortality for those pesky shourd & hexproof creatures.

Mick-Tis those are both good suggestions! I'm very tempted to add Bonds of Mortality to the deck because of its low cost and it's a 1G draw spell essentially if nothing else, I just don't know what to take out for it. I'm considering Fauna Shaman, because they cost the same, and fauna shaman often is targeted pretty quickly in my playgroup.

As for Arcane Lighthouse I have no idea what I would take out.

Cut Primeval Bounty for Bonds of Mortality maybe...Idk Cut Spell Crumple for a better counter spell card. There's better ones out there.

I decided to put a Triumph of the Hordes to replace Primeval Bounty. And as for Spell Crumple, well sure, there's plenty of better counter spell cards, but I've gone for Forbid for now at least. The buyback option allows it to be as flexible as I need, while being a bit more consistent, in its reuse than Spell Crumple.

I'm building a similar deck. I'm eight slots short. Any suggestions or questions would be appreciated.

It really depends on what you're playing. Pods vs 1v1s and such. If you're planning to play in pods of four or so, you might want to try to add more of the stax cards Static Orb and Winter Orb would be a good start. I feel like cards like Stoic Angel help me when I play in pods.

If you're playing enchantment heavy, you may want to consider Dissipation Field, Ghostly Prison, and/or Sphere of Safety just for survivability.

I don't know if you're running Thawing Glaciers, but if you're not, you can try to run less basic lands, if that's what you want. It's really only good if you've got quite a few basics.

With Triumph of the Hordes's success I'm going to see what I can do to try to add a bit more infect into the deck, as an alternate win con for me. There's not really any main win con other than Commander damage otherwise for my deck, so it'll help make my deck a bit faster if I'm lucky.

Anyways I'll try to give it some more thought for some suggestions.

That other link goes to a different deck for some reason. This one should work.
