Black-less Splinter twin/Kiki Stax/Midrange.

This deck is based on the concept of Blood Pod, which is to jam down creature based "hatebears" or frustrating enchantments (Blood Moon, Stranglehold, Rest in Peace, Stony Silence) to slow down the table until you can slap down your I win combo, or even simply possibly win via turning cards sideways at your opponents.

This deck is not fast by any stretch, so in addition to "hate cards", this deck employs a number of instant speed interaction cards.Also, the deck has three direct win lines, being Yisan Wandering Bard, Birthing Pod, and Survival of the Fittest; and Splinter Twin, which can function in conjunction with above lines or separately.

The Yisan line is 1. Grab a 1 drop that's good (Serra Ascendant, Birbs, etc) 2. Grab a good two drop (Bloom Tender is the best) 3. Grab Village Bell-Ringer, who will untap Yisan and Bloom Tender (Making a ton of mana hopefully), 4. After untapping Yisan, grab Felidar Guardian who will flicker Bell-Ringer, who will untap Yisan again 5. Yisan then goes to grab Kiki-Jiki, who then should be able to make infinte cats or humans with bell-ringer or felidar guardian.

Survival Line is to pitch off it such that your grave is Kiki, Any dude who works with Kiki, and end with a Karmic Guide in hand. Cast the Karmic Guide, who will reanimate the Kiki, who then clones Karmic Guide again, who then brings out the kiki enabler, make infinite tokens with haste, win.

Birthing Pod line is sac a 2 drop to pod, grab Pestermite, untap pod with etb trigger, sac with pod pestermite to grab Felidar Guardian, who now flickers pod with etb trigger so its untapped, sac to grab Karmaic Guide, who reanimates Felidar Guardian to flicker karmaic guide ETB, who then reanimates the Pestermite, who ETB triggers untaps the Pod again, and you then sac the felidar guardian, to reanimate Kiki-Jiki, who then clones Pestermite for infinte haste fliers (or clone the karmic guide to bring back the felidar who etb flickers kiki, just so you can kill with cats).

Splinter twin can work as a stand alone since since you can always do end of turn flash in pestermite, flash in pestermite to tap down a problem card or attacker, or cast at normal speed to untap something like a bloom tender or Gaea's Cradle. Or if you have birthing pod on board and you have a random 4 drop thats not Felidar Guardian, AKA the commander of the deck, you can sac that to put zealous conscripts on to board to then combo with splinter twin.

Other notes about my build is that its tailored to my personal playgroup of friends. Additional spot removal and interaction is more valuable than tax effects from spheres or rule of effects, which are great against Storm and such, but nobody in my group plays Storm. This deck has a ton of flex slots to run meta dependant cards. Sideboard consists of cards possibly worth including depending on what i'm personally expecting, such as the missing stax pieces for storm. If you put in the rule of law cards, i'd remove the timetwister also.

Honestly, is the commander that great? No, not realllyyyyyy, but outside of playing either a worst black less commander (Tarl and Thrasios????), or playing a better 5 color commander like say Ramos/Reaper King/Sliver Queen, you don't have any options. While it won't get dropped against decks faster than you like storm typically, you can often drop it and forget about it, since it's effect is rather good in terms of being political, so nobody is gonna waste resources to kill it when its giving them an additional resource. Probably a tier 2.5 by himself on the competitive scale, but i think the deck standalone is around a tier 2.0 deck.
