Legacy deck I made back in Kamigawa/Ravnica that is now being slowly updated with more recent cards as I have started playing MTG again!

This deck isn't to viable against more expensive decks but definitely a fun one to play casually. Full of deceit and runs with a solid theme.

A few cards are here for novelty but most work together relatively well.

I find myself torn between including and taking out Ninja of the Deep Hours. Although the card advantage is nice and a 2/2 for 2 mana is great I find I usually spend my early game mana elsewhere trying to maintain board control. Thoughts?

The Dimir Infiltrators can be either used as a way to sneak in a ninja but holds more utility digging for Umezawa's Jitte which is a total game winner.

Higure, the Still Wind is immensely useful for digging up whatever ninja is needed for the current state of play.

The inclusion of Phantom Wings was to serve as a defence against flying as well as getting ninjas over non-fliers. It also helps keep high value ninjas alive from removal.

The maybe board is all cards I'd like to eventually acquire. Some being dreams due to budgetary constraints. Looking at you Creeping Tar Pit & Thoughtseize...
