I highly suggest Everflowing Chalice be mainboard. It's a 2 drop mana rock when you need it to be, and free sacrifice fodder when you don't. Since you're going for a heavy artifact focus, I highly suggest Akroma's Memorial, Contagion Engine, Triplicate Titan, and Mycosynth Lattice (which wins with Scrap Mastery, Nevinyrral's Disk, and Vandalblast, as well as Karn, the Great Creator if you add him, and is also very powerful with Karn, Silver Golem, Dockside Extortionist, Goblin Welder, Darksteel Forge, and Treasure Nabber).

Also Currency Converter and Luxior, Giada's Gift are great low drop artifacts to add.

Triplicate Titan looks like a great creature and combos with Nim Death Mantle. I definitely like Currency Converter as a low drop, seems to synergize very well with the rest of the deck. I'm aware of Mycosynth Lattice. It makes for pretty crazy game states but it's not really what I'm looking to do with the deck right now.

Not a fan of Contagion Engine and Akromas Memorial at all. Proliferate doesn't do much for my deck besides interacting with loyalty counters but that's not really something I want especially not for 6 mana. Akromas Memorial is just straight up a win more card. I dont have anougfh creatures to benefit from it either.

You nervous? Because on the surface this deck looks calm and ready, but you keep on forgetting...

Mystic Forge - 1/3rd of your deck is artifacts, + you already have Ugin ineffible. If you were to also add Sensei's Divining Top, you could draw your whole deck.

Rings of Brighthearth + Voltaic Key (swapping out manifold because you dont need unblockability here) + Everflowing chalice 4 mana = Infinite mana. Not to mention rings doubles all of your activated abilities including your commander.

Rings + Voltaic Key + Metalworker (2 artifacts in hand) = Infinite mana

All of these pieces synergize with each other so there are no dead cards.

While personal preference, I value Soul-Guide Lantern > Tormords crypt

Profet93 made great recommendations, and based on your want to not use fast mana, I can see why you've chosen what you have. I am upvoting for the name too, but I wouldn't be doing diligence if I didn't recommend my own cards. While I can't tag them here because they're not in the index yet, I'm mentioning The Brothers' War (2022) release, specifically the mono-red prototype cards that would present as some really hefty value pieces in this build.
