Story Deck - Westvale's Profane Piety

Modern Humans Spirits Tokens Vorthos WB (Orzhov) Weenie

Enchantment (1)

A Modern White and Black token deck. It's designed primarily to swarm the board with tokens so that you can summon a big, bad meanie, though the tokens themselves have the potentially to do a lot of damage as well.

This deck is flavored around a religious Human Kingdom with a dark secret. Teysa, Orzhov Scion stands in as a possessed High Priestess who is leading her followers down an apocalyptic path. The Order's hidden purpose is hinted at by Hanweir Militia Captain   / Westvale Cult Leader   and Skirsdag High Priest. Their secret is revealed when five creatures (which you should hopefully have no problem attaining) are sacrificed to summon the their hidden, evil benefactor Ormendahl, Profane Prince  .

Many of the cards are used to spawn a large amount of tokens: Doomed Traveler, Raise the Alarm, Secure the Wastes, Westvale Cult Leader  , Lingering Souls, Spectral Procession, Skirsdag High Priest, and Teysa, Orzhov Scion .

A good goal is to get Hanweir Militia Captain   transformed as soon as possible so that it can start generating even more tokens. Doomed Traveler helps this by providing a creature/token combo with a bit of staying power, meaning hopefully the board won't get cleared of creatures as easily and you can reach the four you need to create the Westvale Cult Leader   more consistently. Westvale Cult Leader   also gets more powerful the more tokens you have.

Crypt Ghast gives a nice boost to your potential Black mana potential, especially when used alongside Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. The two together can leave you overflowing with Black mana. All of this extra mana is perhaps best put to use through Secure the Wastes, allowing you to quickly spawn a large army of warrior tokens. The Ghast is also a good way to boost Mikaeus, the Lunarch, who can then spread power to the rest of your army of tokens. Finally, with the Extort, this friendly neighborhood ghost can also help heal you a little here and there.

card:Thoughseize allows you to get early eyes on to what your opponent has up his sleeve while getting rid of the card that will most benefit your varying situation from game to game.

Altar's Reap allows you to leverage your army of human and spirit tokens to draw cards. For the Order, sacrificing body and soul can be a catalyst for greater power.

Intangible Virtue allows you to boost your tokens if needed, though the deck is built more around mass tokens rather than buffed up ones.

Godless Shrine and Marsh Flats help ensure you have White and Black versatility so you can use all of your cards consistently.

Wrath of God is there to prevent the tide turning against you creature wise. When used alongside Make a Stand, you can clear the opponent's board while saving your own creatures. If used once Ormendahl, Profane Prince   has entered the battlefield, you can take care of many pesky defenders who might try to block him.

Teysa, Orzhov Scion is there largely for flavor purposes, though she can both leverage your tokens to exile an troublesome enemy or help you create new minions fallen Black creatures.

Zealous Persecution both gives similar ability to clear the board while also boosting your own token army to great heights.

Westvale Abbey Flip can be used for colorless mana initially or the odd extra token if need be. But, of course, Ormendahl, Profane Prince   Flip is the real star, who once flipped is there to just be a big, nasty, meanie.

This is one of the firsts deck I've made on my own, so please let me know where you think I can improve it! I'd appreciate it if suggestions could stick to the flavor described in the first big paragraph as much as possible though! Thank you! Budget isn't a primary concern, though I'm not made of cash. Just looking for a deck I can slowly build toward and that has a fairly consistent theme.
