So, I have wanted to build a vampire deck in EDH. The problem is that there are a lot of good vampires in some difficult colors to acquire. So, after some much need deliberation. I decided to go with an off "staple" commander, yore-tiller. He provides a decent recursion package that allows me to bring back some of my legion. He also couples well with the discard theme that is wiggled in this package.

From there I want to wheel, Deal, and put some +1/+1 counters on all my creatures.
