I've played since 9th, so older cards are nice because they feel new.

I've been playing b/w tokens almost the entire time. Any other archetype and I wouldn't know nearly as much. But when it comes to b/w tokens exclusively, yes. I do know more. And awesome. Hope you do well.

Look, I don't mean to demean you or anything, and I'm sorry if it came out like that. But the thing is I simply do know know more about b/w tokens. I can give detailed knowledge about sideboard choices, main board choices, what works and what doesn't, what are good matchups and what aren't, etc. I have played only one archetype the entire time I've dueled competitively, and that archetype is b/w tokens. Again, not trying to insult you, I just know a shitton about this one specific field of magic.

In all honesty, i would chose a planeswalker and go with three copies. You dont wanna encounter a situation where your hand has more than one four cmc card in it. You wanna run no more than three because you only wanna draw one late game or hide it under a windbrisk. Also a 23 mana base helps to sustain the top of the curve being 3 4 cmc cards. I would also consider bringing vault down to one because you wanna hit Spectral Procession on tufn three almost in every situation. Other than that i think deck is good. +1 from me. Also depending on meta, 4th zealous persecution does work instead of a 3rd Inquisition or Tidehollow

I like having the variety of running two, but I also want to draw one of them by turn four.

No problem, B4D@M4G1C. Glad to help. I also agree with B4D@M4G1C. Tokens runs a pretty low cmc, and you don't necessarily need a walker by turn 4. Also the modern event deck 2.0 was to a different person's deck haha. Which actually needs a bit of help so I'll go give them a visit in a minute.

@xzzane: Its understandable, I don't normally play standard/modern decks and actually attack with stuff( too boring). The deck looks really good. Only weakest i can see now is Curse of Death's Hold . I'm not sure how popular it is in meta sideboards and I know the deck has a lot of hand disruption but what happens if they get one out on it? Mortify could be an option.

Illness in the Ranks is a lot more common to be honest. Disenchant or Sundering Growth are usually better options though.

So Sundering Growth would be a better option with the populate.

So how about running one of each planeswalker and more removal or more token makers?
July 25, 2014 2:36 p.m.
I would run 1 of each planeswalker, add an anthem, and either one Zealous Persecution or one Gather the Townsfolk .

Given your low average cmc, why not throw in a Tithe Drinker or two and extort everything you play?

I think this deck should be named "for whom the bell trolls."

Tithe drinker=too slow.
Bitterblossem=slow and useless beyond turn three, also want to not add more life loss to the deck.
Hero= the goal is to have a crushing board state by turn 5.
Heath= maybe.
