Enchantment (2)

They always say the best offense is a good defense, or something like that.

A_Magikarp's deck Return of Manaburn inspired me to make some changes to a casual defender deck that I love to play. No one thinks much of it until it starts rolling and they find themselves locked out of the game. Foremost, it revolves around the Manabarbs and Personal Sanctuary combo. Judge's Familiar help with early game control to keep me from discarding or being countered, and Guard Duty is a nice little one drop against aggro decks, and it's just kind of insulting. Once Sphere of Safety and Privileged Position hit the board, I'm made in the shade. Win cons include just being screwed by Manabarbs ; Lust for War and Rage Nimbus once Sphere of Safety and Manabarbs are in play so my opponents have to use all their mana to cast spells to avoid attacking, or use all their mana to fill the requirement of attacking, damned either way; and Vent Sentinel for some burn action. I include Legion's Initiative to avoid the total ruination of my game as a result of a board wipe. I find that it's not the strongest against straight control, but hey, I still love it dearly.
