Hello again,
I know we had a similar conversation a while ago, but my LGS is now hosting a Commander league and I think this deck might be a good fit. There are no real Tier 1 or 2 cEDH decks in my meta. Most decks are focused to optimized, but there are also some semi-competitive decks in there.
Cards that are too expensive:
- Crop Rotation - Is it worth it without Cradle ?
- Compost - I do not think it is reliable enough with so few people running the classic tutors .
- Carpet of Flowers - 2/13 decks last tournament had blue in them (I'm afraid of it being dead sometimes).
Cards I though about running (instead):
- Prismatic Vista - Instead of Gaea's Cradle ?
- Fauna Shaman - Instead of Imperial Seal ?
- Winter Orb - Great against decks that are more casual
- Tangle Wire - Heavily slows down non-green decks when played early
- Sensei's Divining Top
- Faerie Macabre
- Ravenous Slime
- Scavenging Ooze
- Mana Web
- Beast Within
- Volrath's Stronghold
One thing I am also worried about is people starting to play lots of graveyard hate. What would you advice to combat that?
Cheers

TCG-Player roguelikedev is no longer using this list. See the link he posted in the deck description.

Great deck I just cant understand half of what you are saying as its all short terms like "BBB" and "GGG", do you have a legend to what all this means?

Helium There's a lot of jargon in this description, and it looks like it hasn't been updated in a couple years. BBB and GGG are mana costs. WUBRG corresponds to (white blue black red green), so BBB would be , or three black mana.
Some other terms, picked more or less at random:
In the Sample Hands section, Ship means mulligan. Get rid of your starting hand hand, shuffle, and try again. I'm guessing the builder just hit the Draw hand button a few times to evaluate how quickly the deck could get to its key cards.
Ewit, Mike, and Ball are Eternal Witness, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed (or Mikaeus, the Lunarch in a different context), and Walking Ballista, respectively. ETB is Enters The Battlefield, LTB is Leaves The Battlefield.
If you have any more questions, please ask!

xChes094 He isnt going to edit this deck much anymore. He passed the primer off to pao2. So this list is more for reference to the old build. Pao2's list does run sylvan safekeeper anyway.
