Simple game plan: Build a board with cheap zombies. Use their card draw potential. Then overwhelm the opponent with a cancerously growing board.

A few explanations:

• To draw cards, either:
  • Use your Skullclamp, ideally on sticky creatures like Gravecrawler or Geralf's Messenger; or
  • Block with or sac your sticky creatures while Midnight Reaper is in play; or
  • Tap your summon-sickened creatures for a Cryptbreaker at the end of the opponent's turn.
• To get to a wide board, play zombies while Diregraf Colossus is in play.
• To get to big creatures, keep sacrificing Gravecrawlers to Nantuko Shades or Carrion Feeder.
• For long games:
  • Relentless Dead provides re-playability of all creatures.
  • Basilisk Collar on large Nantuko Shades or Carrion Feeders keeps you alive.
• An Innocent Blood does not only deal with pesky opponent creatures, but can also serve as your sac-outlet in a pinch, e.g. for drawing cards.
