Horde: Howling Wolves

Casual BRGW Horde Magic

p.faul

For the rules how to use a horde deck see https://mtg.gamepedia.com/Horde_Magic.

THEME

This is a wolf and moon flavored horde deck for solitary or cooperative play. I would suggest to take three turns for the preparation turns against the deck.
Since tappedout does not support adding tokens to the deck I will use Forest s to represent 2/2 wolf tokens and Swamp s to represent 1/1 deathtouch wolf tokens. With the release of WAR, I also added 1 Voja Token (represented by a Plains ).

CARDS

The cards feature wolves, werwolves with transform abilities and cards with moon artworks.

SPECIFIC RULES

When playing against the horde deck, you (and your team) have to decide how to handle the transformation of flip cards. There are three possibilities:

  1. Transform the cards as given by the rules. (This means, the humans can never transform in the turn of the horde, because the horde always casts exactly 1 spell)
  2. Let the human side attack for the turn where it comes into play. Transform the card in the endstep of the horde.
  3. Always use the already flipped version of the card. (This implies way less work to always flip the cards, but increases the difficulty by a LOT.)
You can also decide to never flip the werwolf side back to the human side, for further increased difficulty.
Please don't suggest cards that require many decisions. The horde deck should make the least decisions as possible and the most random decisions. I decided to not use any token producing cards (e.g. Huntmaster of the Fells  ), since it can get confusing to separate the horde-tokens from token producing cards.
