My current zombie deck is almost this. I have self mill in the form of Screeching Skaab, Gisa and Geralf and Wailing Ghoul in order to get Diregraf Colossus huge.

in goes Gravecrawler because you swing with him every turn and it never goes poorly for you. Damage or One black mana he's back with a 2/2 friend. Let your opponent decide.

Every time you do, Diregraf makes more friends, and more friends means The Scarab God kills opponents.

Since you don't care about the bulk of your forces well being, hell you actively want them dead. This makes Bone Splinters is the best removal you can get your hands on. As an added bonus Compelling Deterrence removes those pesky indestructible creatures.

Just in case, you also have beaters on the ground with Unbreathing Horde and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born. He'll even eat some zombies for you to make sure you're getting even more tokens

With so many tokens Cryptbreaker will have you drawing all the cards you ever want
