Trying a budget burn deck combining the idea of RW burn and Izzet phoenix.

I replaced the phoenix parts with horrors (coz I like horrors) and make a few changes to get more draw into the deck since my main problem with burn has always been how fast you run out of gas.

• Bedlam Reveler is there for a big draw and a boosting body after I've emptied my hand. Casting him for 4 mana is the worst case scenario.

• Disallow is my counter of choice over Force of Negation firstly due to cost and the additional flexibility allowing smarter counter-play against things like Urza

Considering:

• Finale of Promise: Allows reuse of 2 burn spells for just 4 mana, usually netting an extra 6 damage

• Dreadhorde Arcanist: Extra damage coupled with free flashback since most of the targets are just 1 mana

• Past in Flames: Being able to recast my graveyard sounds great but will I have enough to cast enough burn spells after?
