Created for my own benefit. Looking for budget feedback. I am missing significant mana rocks (crypt and vault), so I replaced them with more mana dorks. I am also trying cultivate, and oracle of mul daya, but I am thinking oracle should be replaced with Eternal Witness or regrowth. Sometimes he feels to slow, and a recursion affect might be more useful.

My meta is mostly blind, but I know that teferi stax is likely going to be represented- which is why I opted for manglehorn in addition to other artifact/permanent hate. In my meta I think that manglehorn's second clause makes it a better card than reclamation sage. But it is worth noting that reclamation sage is likely a better all around choice because it targets the deck's hard counters: leyline of the void, rest in peace, and planar void. Being an elf also makes priest of Titania better too.
