I love Land Tax so much. I would put it in every edh deck if i could. lolIt just completely fixes any mana problems you may have and helps filter your late draws into the best possible value.

I would say that Ring of Thune , Lifelink , Seer's Sundial is a little lack luster.

In there place i would play Basalt Monolith , Ghostly Prison , Sphere of Safety , and Serra's Sanctum

I would take out Spirit Loop as well and add in True Conviction .

May I suggest Platinum Angel, a indestructible creature that makes it so you can't lose, how fun. If only it had hexproof.

If you can grab it, since you're running Avacyn, you could sub out Boros Elite , Strionic Resonator or some other stuff that doesn't synergize too much with your commander for a copy of Stoneforge Mystic , Stonehewer Giant and a copy of Worldslayer so you could do the Avacyn-Worldslayer lock that keeps all other players from having permanents. Also, Archetype of Courage is always pretty good in a white beatdown commander deck and is a pretty good budget pick.

In full, I'd suggest Stonehewer Giant , Worldslayer , Steelshaper's Gift , Stoneforge Mystic , Gilded Lotus and Archetype of Courage as good options for this deck to replace any cards you deem weaker in the overall deck.

A good one drop you might consider since this is an EDH deck would be Serra Ascendant since it gets +5/+5 for having more than 30 life, plus with the perk of life link it should be helpful to coming out strong.

The rules on Serra Ascendant were actually changed for EDH. In order to get his +5/+5 and Flying you have to have 50 health, 10 more than you start with.

Have you given thought to Idyllic Tutor Stoneforge Mystic Enlightened Tutor at all? I'd highly suggest them.

Instead of Perilous Vault I would suggest Nevinyrral's Disk it says destroy which lets avacyn protect your stuff while killing everything else.

Interesting deck, cards I suggest removing,

Twilight Shepherd she is a great card, but I believe she does not simply do enough, and is to situational. I chose not to use her in my Avacyn, Angel of Hope deck, I doubt I will ever add her, she is to situational in my opinion, and can be swapped in for such better cards such as, Admonition Angel Landfall is brutal.

Angelic Field Marshal great card, 5/5 for 4 mana as long as Avacyn, Angel of Hope is out, however again, comes my feeling as I dont feel she does enough, good beatstick only if your commander is out, personally I prefer Angel of Jubilation control freak she is, plus the whole 1/1 to everything is quite nice.

Commander's Sphere good ramp, some draw, however not enough ramp. Urza's Incubator can work wonders, and can make all angels cost 2 less! SEXY.

Nahiri, the Lithomancer heres my thing with her in your deck, amazing walker, however I feel with just your deck specifically you dont have enough equipment. Obviously her Ultimate would be amazing, but lets face it, having a walker in ONLY for there ultimate in EDH is just a big iffy. -10 she starts at 3 is rough, I would either add more equipment to benefit from her -2 & +2 or flat remove her for something like Elspeth Tirel or maybe Ajani Steadfast

Poptartz95 I like your suggestions. I do plan on replacing Nahiri, the Lithomancer, but i was thinking Elspeth, Knight-Errant, but Ajani Steadfast and Elspeth Tirel seem like they would be a good options. I'll have to see which one I like the best...

Elspeth, Knight-Errant a good walker, I use to use her myself. I felt the only thing you really benefit from her is well nothing. if you need tokens, Hero of Bladehold which you have, so her ultimate is a good backup to Avacyn, Angel of Hope however this is EDH, in my opinion adding a walker for there ultimate only is a risky thing. Her 3/3 flying isnt bad! but I just feel it isnt enough, actually the best walker you could add if you have the budget is Karn Liberated I didnt suggest due to him being a pricey card, however if you can afford him GRAB HIM he is bomb as hell.

Nice deck! I have an Avacyn EDH too as well. Mine is more of a Tribal Angel with some destruction and a little bit of lifegain thrown in. Take a gander at mine sometime!

I'm quite familiar with how mono white runs. Howling Mine Temple Bell and Font of Mythos should be in here without a doubt in my mind. My choice for taking things out is Grafted Exoskeleton Precinct Captain and Angelic Field Marshal

I'd leave in Grafted Exoskeleton personally. I use it in my Nahiri, the Lithomancer deck. Whenever i drop an angel and then equip, it usually takes two turns to take someone off the board. Urza's Incubator is like a Sol Ring for angels. It's surprising that you're not using a Serra Ascendant in mono-white though. a good add-in 2-drop would be Serra Ascendant. Usually won't be getting her early on anyway, so she is usually a great 2-drop.
