Considering:

Testing: Field of Ruin , Return to Dust Testing Results:

  • Helm of the Host •Winmore, and expensive, and legendary all hold this card back
  • Crested Sunmare • Seemed Jank at first, but combined with any copy effect it becomes a powerful engine that only exiling removal can deal with. Pretty decent.
  • Commence the Endgame • Pretty good, usually makes a 7 power creature at instant speed, it's a good fit.
  • Colossus Hammer • Really really terrible when you have to pay the equip cost. Spent a lot of games dead. - Idol of Oblivion • Draws cards, makes tokens, it's pgood.
  • Mirrodin Besieged • Draws cards, makes tokens, sometimes accidentally wins the game, it's cute. - Mist-Syndicate Naga • Makes hella tokens, good synergy with Temmet making unblockable creatures.

Changes:

Copypasta tokens and gumball cost rares. Azorius goodstuff and exalted/equipment subtheme. I built this deck initially for a budget restricted league, now it's just the worst deck I have, and it's fun. This is the deck I drop when the power of the table is medium, because people underestimate the Tem at their own peril.

Substitutions:

You can use Swords to Plowshares or Azorius Charm instead of Reality Shift for removal.

Hoofprints of the Stag is okay in place of Luminarch Ascension .

Strip Mine , Wasteland and Dust Bowl can replace Tectonic Edge and Ghost Quarter . As long as they get rid of Maze of Ith because that card hurts.

Aura of Silence can be a regular Disenchant or Seal of Cleansing . Abolish is an interesting card you could also use.

Whir of Invention and Open the Armory could be replaced by Enlightened Tutor or Steelshaper's Gift .

Talisman of Progress can be a simple Azorius Signet or Fellwar Stone or w/e.

Rhystic Study is a beast, but Mystic Remora isn't bad, especially with Solemnity out. Blue Sun's Zenith , Pull from Tomorrow , Sphinx's Revelation or any big draw spell is fine too. While delve is a powerful mechanic, being able to get value out of your graveyard and lack of self-mill make Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time less effective.

Under-performers:

Trostani's Judgment - Bad at everything. At 6 mana Supplant Form is strictly better because it at least has a guaranteed token and even then it's much worse removal than Swords to Plowshares , Path to Exile and Reality Shift . Fractured Identity would also be a better include, but it does have the downside of helping your opponents.

Glyph Keeper - RTFC! This should be in no Temmet deck! Embalm is cool and flavorful, but it's ability counters ALL abilities that target it, including Temmet's! Sphinx of the Final Word is a better card, and it's just okay in this deck.

Desolation Twin and Clone Legion - These are actually both solid cards, but they both underperformed for me because hitting 9 or 10 cmc is very hard to hit in a deck without lots of green or lots of ramp. Dead cards are no fun.

Over-performers:

Mirage Mirror - Hard as hell to get rid of, and can be whatever you need it to be. This card has done work every time it's hit the table. Cackling Counterpart and Fated Infatuation become very strong when they can make a copy of anything, not just your own things.

Ixidron - This card is such a blowout, and it spares your token copies! While board wipes like Phyrexian Rebirth and Descend upon the Sinful are very powerful in their card advantage, Ixidron completely shuts people down and ends games.

Stolen Identity - Makes an unblockable token with Stolen Identity ciphered onto it. This card gets out of hand very quickly, and completely gums up the board with Metallurgic Summonings out. The ciphered token has drawn hella hate every time this card has come down, and with good reason!

Augury Adept - This deck used to play Daxos of Meletis , but the Adept has remained and really performed better than expected for numerous reasons. Being legendary really hurts Daxos in a clone deck, and while Daxos is evasive, casting opponents cards is tricky in a two color deck. The Adept gives lifegain, draw, a good target for Rite of Replication , Stolen Identity , or any other clone spell. It's a little creature that does a big work.

Honorable mentions

Grip of Phyresis - A bit corner-case, but this card has been stupid every time it's resolved. When everyone has to stop what they're doing and read the card because it's so bizarre, you know you've found something special. The biggest downside to this spell is that opponents don't always have equipment, and you are making an enemy at the table for certain after you steal something. Temmet is probably the only deck I could see playing this card in, but it's mad decent. The Kaldra pieces - It's hard as heck to assemble Kaldra in a 99 card singleton deck, but if the table can't bounce or exile pieces it's GG for sure. Kaldra is hella strong as both an attacker and blocker, and if you need it untapped, or to dodge a spell, it costs you a whole
