@ maliciousmuk : He is playing the fetches to thin out his deck, giving him a higher percentage chance to draw a nonland card, to keep the pressure on. The life loss should't effect him much since he is aggro and playing on winning before it will matter much

almerican thank you for answering that.
maliciousmuk fetches thin your deck, and while it's only a slight statistical improvement of the odds to draw any specific card, it does help. Without being able to manipulate the deck in any way such as scrying/ shuffling away bad cards( ie Ponder
) we have to rely on the odds of card draw and the top of our deck a lot. We want to keep the pressure on and not draw any more than 4-5 lands throughout the entire game, so having 8 lands that aren't actually there will help with that.

Ah i see. That was my initial thought as well. Have you tried tormenting voice for more draw power? My build is very similar I main 2 voices instead of eidolon and it works wonders as far as speeding it up a bit.

I may try it. This Is just built off of rabble red from last standard that was laying around my room and some cards I have in my binder. I haven't actually thrown this together yet so i don't know how it will go or if I'll need more card draw.

Im not sure how well Prophetic Flamespeaker works here since you only have one spell to buff him. Stoke the Flames is too good to run 3 :D I would add another one. As for Evolving Wilds , for a deck like this, having a land enter tapped can really mess up your speed. Hope you found that helpful.

I am kinda confused on Eidolon of the Great Revel . Most of your spells are three and less, the only one that isn't is Stoke the flames. So what If you are outpaced when your own creatures are causing your defeat? I understand red decks don't care about life, but still. Eidolon seems to be counter productive?

Also, the fetches? Your curve is pretty low and you're running mono red so why do you have them? Look I could be missing something and If I am please point it out. I like the deck and it's really fast and consistent. The only things I don't understand are the revels and the fetches.

I like the build but I don't think eidolon of the great revel fits, I think it'll end up damaging you more than helping considering you're gonna play as fast as possible. Prophetic flamespeaker is a badass card, but I don't think he belongs in this list. Consider dragons mantle for the card draw or hammer hand for the free attack and giving something haste

That and four fetches for thinning is cool, but eight is overkill

There are a lot of 3-drops, not even counting Mogis's Warhound . 20 land is risky. I'd swap out the Prophetic Flamespeaker for another 2-drop if you're dead-set on staying at 20 lands. Also, too many fetches. The thinning effect is mostly useless, and this deck hurts you a lot already. Just play more Mountain s.

This is a pretty sweet looking decklist. From one mono red player to another, Hammerhand can lead to some pretty lopsided combat math. You could probably main board 4 of than and another Titan's Strength . There's not a whole lot of situations for mono red when Titan's Strength is just taking to space.

THEblazinASIAN thanks for the suggestion, but do you have any ideas on what i should take out for those?

I'm probably going to get a ton of flak from some people for this, but I don't think that Eidolon of the Great Revel has a place in mono red aggro. The only card that doesn't. Ping you here is Stoke the Flames , and even so, it feels like it's more beneficial to have something like Borderland Marauder seated in that spot. This decision is really a tough one to have for you :P In my decklist, I don't have anything past a 3 drop, and I prefer to play a bunch of one drops each turn, but that's personal preference to me.
TL;DRPlaytest around and see what doesn't seem to pull it's weight and take that out.

Everything seems to pull its weight though. Even Eidolon of the Great Revel . Since i want my opponent dead by turn 4ish the extra 2 damage helps. They may be taken out just because there aren't that many decks running low drops. They do however hit all but two spells in Jeskai tempo decks which seems to be gaining popularity in my area.

Any reason as to why you're not just playing basic mountains?
