I know this is one of the more expensive decks I have listed, but please keep any suggestions reasonable price-wise. As much as I would love to have them, I can't afford Sinkhole and Demonic Tutor, etc. Thanks.
My goal was to make the most obnoxious deck possible. In my mind there is nothing more obnoxious than a land destruction deck, unless you count
Fluctuator
decks. The main reason they are obnoxious is they are so extremely boring to play against. To me, there is nothing worse than a boring game of Magic.
Enter Sadistic Sacrament. I didn't know this card existed until a month or so ago. Once I saw it I knew that it would be at home in a land destruction deck. But to pull off the kicker I knew I would have to have some ramp, and I wasn't going to be able to pull that off in a two or three color deck. Maybe G/B, but I thought it was a sure bet mono-black.
Now here's the thing: I don't expect any matches against this deck to last very long. So, I haven't put as much straight land destruction in this deck as I might have. Realistically, many decks won't be dropping a land a turn. Especially if they are top-decking. I might be wrong about that, though, so you guys let me know what you think.
