KongMan21 That's a good idea, and I was certainly thinking about putting them in. Elixir has been kind of a dead draw most of the time, and I only put it in for some quick lifegain and boardwipe protection after I primal surged. I'll stick those in right now, and move some elixirs to the sideboard. Thanks!

Quicksilver Now, there's an idea. Got a few issues with it though. I already have Clone which costs less, in both cash and CMC, and is monocolored. Mimic also has a pretty high CMC, even with the ramp, and is more likely to be targeted by removal game 1 than Infinite Reflection is. It also takes a few turns to make it count, where as Reflection works on all of my creatures instantly. Thanks for the suggestion though, it certainly would fit, just not here.

Ring of Three Wishes or Planar Portal as a 3 of in place of 3 Primal Surges. That way you only have one non-permanent, and there is no chance of a failed fetch after you cast Surge.
Hope this helps! :)

NoviceMagician Thanks for the help, Deckspert. I hadn't thought of those ones! Both do have some very high CMC to use, but since this deck has ramp, it shouldn't be too much of an issue to play it. I think I'd go with Ring of Three Wishes Instead of the portal since we only have to combo once. Please come bring your fellow Decksperts here so I could get some opinions, if you can! Thanks again!

Oh I can bring people, but I'm not too too sure how they'd react. I guess I'll find out...

Oh, this is awkward, I definitely wasn't the one that tagged you guys. Definitely. It must have been cpu_10. Yeah, it was him, blame him. XD
So CPU, I seen on your page you like budget decks, well I have plenty. Check them out if you ever need something to do. :)

What is it?
Oh, a deck. Cool.
You want me to suggest stuff? Oh, okay. But first, a few questions:
How competitive do you want to be?
What's your price range?
Oh, I don't have a third question, actually.
Right off the bat, I'll say this: Ring of Three Wishes is a subpar tutor. You want stuff like Momir Vig, Simic Visionary. Yeah, that's a good one. pats self on back

NoviceMagician Thanks again, I'll totally check out your decks, and make my own versions if I'm interested! You're a big help and inspiration!

@6tennis, Momir is an awesome tutor, but the only thing he needs to fetch is Primal Surge, which isn't a creature.
(pats you on the back for trying)

6tennis Thanks for coming! I make budget decks, so the ceiling here is going to be about $100-110. I think of this to be more something you'd play with your friends, or at FNM. It's definitely not going to be T1, but hey, you never know. Also, Momir helps tutor creatures, but Primal Surge is a sorcery, and one of the main win-cons of the deck.
June 26, 2015 4:58 p.m.
I built a similar deck to this during standard and I had a blast playing it. It didn't do very well, but it's just a fun deck to play.
You could use cards like Commune with Nature to get to the right creature. There are also cheap creatures like Artisan of Forms that can copy creatures, even though they need to be targeted. You could also do some sort of reanimation technique and splash white or black.
You can use stuff like Satyr Wayfinder or Commune with the Gods to put the creatures into the graveyard and use Rally the Ancestors to bring them back.
These are just a few suggestions. Hope these help! :)

Alright, that helps.
Over the course of a few tests, I've noticed that this deck could probably support a few more win-cons, but it doesn't have them right now. Progenitor Mimic could be a good alternative to Master Biomancer. I understand that the CMC is a bit high, but this is a ramp deck. Most of the time, Stratus Dancer is dead weight to this deck. I'd replace them with a better tutor. I'll get to that in a sec. I'd replace the Ring of Three Wishes and the Primal Surge with Genesis Wave. Genesis Wave is a much better option when compared to Primal Surge. Well, not much better, but there is a reason: Mystical Teachings. Mystical Teachings is one of the best tutors in Modern (aside from Gifts Ungiven, but...y'know). Since Primal Surge is a sorcery, it can't be tutored for. So, we have Genesis Wave, which pretty much does the exact same thing. So here are the suggestions so far:
-1 Primal Surge
+4 Genesis Wave
These look good?
June 26, 2015 5:15 p.m.
@6tennis Genesis Wave is a sorcery. So it's basically the same as Primal Surge's downside with Mystical Teachings.

(Pats 6tennis on the back.)
Genesis Wave is also a sorcery, so in this case, Primal Surge still wins.
(Keeps patting your back "There there.")

Edit: You could also use Lead the Stampede to put multiple creatures into your hand.

FAK
Okay, lemme think. Oh! Chord of Calling!
Maybe. Wait, does it even make sense to tutor for a tutor that tutors your wincon? No. So how about Primal Command as well?
Maybe. I dunno.
NoviceMagician My back hurts.

SirFowler Thanks for the suggestions! I'm hearing a lot of suggestions for creature tutoring, but after some playtestsing, I usually don't have that problem since most of my creatures synergize well with each other. All the elf synergy and all of that. Commune with Nature is probably one of the best suggestions for creature tutoring I've had yet though, so Thanks!
As for adding another color for reanimator shenanigans, I find it possible, but not necessary. And adding colors means adding more dual lands, which can be pricey, if you use the good ones. But, it would be a fun possibility. Thanks!
June 26, 2015 5:30 p.m.
6tennis I'm having second thoughts about Progenitor Mimic Now that I have Clone in the deck. I can agree that Stratus Dancer usually does wind up a dead-draw. It's only in there to prevent Surgical Exractions and boardwipes. I might just replace it. As for your other suggstions, well, NoviceMagician and SirFowler already told ya XD! But I really, really appreciate your advice!

StormCow That's one suggestion I would like a lot more if it were a permanent. But 6tennis is right. You're awesome, dude.

I say replace the Elixir Of Immortality with Clone. You can clone Biovisionary and the ability still works if you have a clone out as a Biovisionary. Or clone an Elvish Archdruid if you have to.
