notKingCole There's an idea! It certainly seems plausible. It is more expensive though, in both CMC and price. It would be worth playtesting, though!

Hey, you could also replace Stratus Dancer with Judge's Familiar or Spellstutter Sprite.

My friend has a deck similar to this which is where the clone idea came from (i helped him with the deck). If you want to protect yourself more while you wait for the cards, I suggest Master Of Waves since you will have a good amount of devotion along with another way to win. I might also recommend putting in some divinations for when you have no cards in hand or looking for that last biovisionary/clone

Hey, like the idea you're going for, +1! I also had an idea for a deck like this, have you considered Cryptoplasm, Phantasmal Image, or Phyrexian Metamorph? And maybe Followed Footsteps over Progenitor Mimic? Soul Foundry is also another option. Really like this type of deck!

Strionic Resonator to win twice! I'm just kidding. If Phantasmal Image is outside the budget, I'd still run Renegade Doppelganger over clone since it can double as an Elvish Archdruid or an Elvish Mystic to help ramp faster early game.

Lord_Europa Milling the entire deck doesn’t matter with all the biomancers on the field.

Lord_Europa- On Primal Surge, "you may" put that permanent onto the battlefield. Thus you may choose not to put down a card at any point on the line of that process, stopping it there and having some of the bottom of your deck remain. Provided you don't put the last card of your library into play, Surge won't prompt you further to exile the top card of your library.

You know, while it does interrupt Primal Surge, Rite of Replication could replace Clone. I mean, Kick a Rite on Biovisionary, and boom, that's game.
