Win.Chump block with Goblin Arsonist, Vampire Bats (which are in as fliers), tutor with tutors, control with Doom Blade and Lightning Bolt.Liliana Vess tutors and, if survives, can do something good.Heartless Hidetsugu is there for flavor, but can also take all players to 10 and act as Sorin.Walking Atlas is there to "ramp", so that this deck can win on turn 4.Suggestions for better cards? I'm not going to build this, so budget isn't a problem, I just want to make it good.
