What about Keranos, God of Storms ? With the high amount of devotion given by copying, he will often be a creature and even without, he gives you card advantage or a free burn spell.

Making a token doesn't give you more devotion. Tokens don't have mana costs and therefore don't have any colored mana symbols.

Ah, but tokens that are copies of cards do...that's why mono-black devotion runs Pack Rat .

I would take out Shivan dragon out and replace it with Keranos. Other than that cool deck!

For the record though I love the idea of Hypersonic Dragon allowing you to cast Mizzium Mortars at instant speed
