SO pretty much there are two combos, one wins you the game instintly the other trops a player from cating spells. The objective of the deck is to draw and stall unit you hit one of them.

Instant win: Omniscience into Enter the Infinite into Laboratory Maniac and then you play some draw two spell winning the game.

The lock down: You play Knowledge Pool into Curse of Exhaustion on the biggest threat locking them down for ever. This is because they can only play one spell a turn and knowladge pool says you cast a spell exile that spell and then cast a spell it exiled and that requires two spell casts so the second spell fizzles.
