Maybe you're right about the Mutagenic Growth . Just played my version of this deck (Izzet Instants and Sorceries) against 3 different decks and didn't lose a single one. I was a bit lucky on the card draw though and one of the games I survived with 1 life left.

Still this deck is pretty amazing. I play 4x Delver of Secrets  Flip , 4x Kiln Fiend and 4x Wee Dragonauts . Not sure about Wee Dragonauts though (it's not bad). :)

I ran a deck similar to this at GP Kansas City. However, I went straight RG. I then did a version almost identical to this locally. If you go blue, I echo everything said about dropping Nivix Cyclops .

If I ran this deck again (which I am not overly against), I would go RG and put in Gitaxian Probe main board. Let me tell you, Ghor-Clan Rampager just made people poop their pants.

nice deck, i got a one pretty simmilar Big Small Creatures or You're Death at Third Turn.

I suggest Crimson Wisps for the times when you cast Kiln Fiend after the third or fourth turn plus it gives you a card draw.

Also Rush of Blood is an awesome finisher

Hey, just an update, it's been about a year since i originally posted this deck. The deck is in shambles now, however I plan on getting more dual lands and rebuilding the deck. I had thought about adding Mana Leak or Force Spike for when the combo does not go over quick enough, I honestly do not know. I would also like to thank everyone who helped transformed this deck into a fast combo deck from a crappy R/B deck.

I like the look of the deck.I'm a bit confused though, people were suggesting rares, but this is Pauper? I thought fetchlands were always considered rare.

All in all I like what this deck is about, though.

Srcsqwrn this deck used to be modern and then I realized it could be a pauper deck with some modifications.

OKay! This makes much more sense.Again, very sweet. I like how aggressive it is.I also need to think about using Force Spike in one of my future decks.

I'm just getting in to Pauper, and it's a whole other world!

This deck got hit with so many bans through the years (despite it never being the problem). I've been trying to recoup my paper deck into something playable. This seems like a great start.

At this point, I would think about running all 4 Mutagenic Growths. Free spells are the bread and butter of the deck.

In the same vein, I was considering playing a playset of Gut Shot. It's basically a free 4 damage spell with Kiln Fiend.

I was also thinking about adding Lava Dart, which is an additional 7 damage for 1 mana and 1 mountain.

What do you think of these cards? Anything worth running?

Spell_Slam- I think you're right about the Mutagenic Growth. I just don't know what to cut. I also think Lava Dart could be very interesting, especially with the Faithless Looting in the deck. I would implore you to try this deck out with the cards you suggested- and if it works let me know and I'll change it accordingly. I really appreciate you checking out my deck man, and it is a damn shame they have banned some of the better pieces for this deck.
