Rundown

A turns combo list that I made and found a lot of success with at my store. The plan is to slow down your opponent with Gigadrowse and Exhaustion until you can drop enough draw effects to where you will be a drawing a turn card every turn. After which bashing them in the face with a awakened Part the Waterveil or Thassa, God of the Sea. You will usually rarely burn out since the deck runs a play set of Serum Visions and Remand as cantrips letting you search for the cards you need.

Mainboard

• Thassa, God of the Sea: Scrying helps this deck out a lot, and being indestructible helps her get the job done if Part the Waterveil gets destroyed.
• Time Warp: Turn card
• Walk the Aeons :Turn card
• Part the Waterveil: Turn card and win condition
• Gigadrowse: Mini Time warp
• Exhaustion: Another Mini Time warp
• Dictate of Kruphix: Solid draw effect
• Howling Mine: Another solid draw effect
• Remand: Works as cantrip and is one of the strongest counters in modern.
• Serum Visions: Sadly the second best cantrip in modern but does it's job.
• Elixir of Immortality: The card that makes this deck go infinite, without it there would be no combo.It also keeps us alive vs aggro.
• Academy Ruins: We use this to get out Mines and Elixir our of the graveyard if the they get removed.
• Islands: We are a blue deck right?

Sideboard

• AEtherize :For the Zoo,Merfolk, or insert any hard creature aggro deck.
• Boomerang:For burn decks that run Edilon of Great Revel or any other deck that runs creatures that can harm us.
• Hurkyl's Recall:For decks that run artifact strategys or affinity
• Jace Beleren:The original win condition for the deck that went out of favor since the printing of Part the Waterveil.But still good in the Sideboard in case we get our win condition targeted by removal like Slaughter Games or Thoughtseize/Inquisition of Kozilek naming Part the Waterveil and then them casting Surgical Extraction.
• Laboratory Maniac: Twenty minutes on the clock? Just put this bad boy in and draw out your library.
• Monastery Siege For the burn match up and versatile later if you need draw. May be questionable by some since burn dumps there hand on turn 3, but I think we can slow them down with Gigadrowse and Remand until we drop it.

Considered cards

• Commandeer: A card I am thinking of adding to the sideboard for the tron match up or for when your opponent casts extraction cards.
• Snapcaster Mage: A card that people run for the versatility it has to offer our deck, but I feel is hard to put in with our list being as tight as it is.
• Vendilion Clique :Lets us replace cards, beats every turn, and lets us mess with the opponent, but sadly doesn't make the cut as I feel Thassa, God of the Sea is better for what we are trying to achieve.
• Cryptic Command : Ran instead of Exhaustion in most lists because it delays heavy creature aggro a turn and offers other amazing effects, but I prefer Exhaustion is it acts like a mini time warp if they tapped out last turn.
