I don't think Keen Sense + Scourge of Valkas works the way you think it does. Scourge makes each individual dragon deal the damage.

Great deck! I highly recommend War Cadence. Itll work really well with your CMD connecting to the opponent. Itll also ensure your Neheb, the Eternal stockpiles that mana some more.

Also love when people play commanders that are "bad". I always just take it as a challenge if someone says my Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder is a bad commander.

+1 just for the Tolkien quote that I desperately needed in my life but didn't know it until now.

Maybe consider Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire if you want to get a little janky, and Grand Warlord Radha if you produce enough creatures to use it as an alternative for Savage Ventmaw in your combo.

I’ll have to test out Grand Warlord Radha and I’m certainly tempted to toy with vaevictis, he may be abit too much of a double edged sword though.
