Control deck at its purest. With intense games that must be played differently when against each deck.

The Finishers:

Jalira, Master Polymorphist + Stormtide Leviathan : This is the only non legendary creature in the deck. It is the only possible card to have when playing jalira because as a control deck with no creatures you need this card to stop your opponents from attacking it is your life saver and it's a deadly one always play during your opponents turn. Or just hard casting it if you didn't get your combo out or if they figured out your trick.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion : If all goes as planned then you will have left a perfectly empty board for your Elspeth to unleash her 1/1 fury and well win you the game.

Counters

Dissolve : The ultimate counter that let's you scry for your land in the early game and put your lands away at the bottom of your deck in the late game.

Disdainful Stroke : Amazing counter however if you have the choice between countering a 4+ spell with either Dissolve or Disdainful Stroke then always use this card!

Nullify : Great counter for the creature heavy decks in standard right now. Once again play this card before Dissolve if oponent plays Creature/Aura but play Disdainful Stroke before this one. When against blue black control sideboard it as well as one of the End Hostilities for the Negate.

Removal

Banishing Light : Not much planeswalker removal but this does the trick with everything.

Against Sultai: Privilage the Whip of Erebos

Against Abzan: Privilage the Planeswalkers

Against Blue Black: Pretty useless but can find some good moments against the Perilous Vault or Pearl Lake Ancient.

Against Jeskai: Combo then their Jeskai Ascendansy; Tempo then anything you couldn't counter... you couldn't counter someting well then your already dead sorry man.

Against Mardu: Same as tempo but at least you don't die if you can't counter.

Devouring Light : Okay I might have exagerated a little because you can still exile his attackers. If against abzan then don't be afraid to attack with your 1/1 because you can also exile blockers.

End Hostilities : Sigh Remeber when this was only 4 mana because Peperidge farm remembers. Anyways it's always good to look at your opponent pick up his creatures one by one and dumping them in the graveyard.

Fated Retribution : Now this card I like! Great wipe like I've never seen, you will love topdecking this card maybe Ugin might be the same just need to wait and see.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon : Talking about the devil, yes this is removal, no you can use for other things than removal. Great card to play in the late game of course if you play against heavy aggro then remove it immediately and keep the Elspeth.

Others

Flooded Strand : Fetch goooood. Kill it when need land or when you don't want to topdeck land.

Temple of Enlightenment : Scry goooood. Same theory as the dissolve.

Raise the Alarm : Jalira eats this up and poops out a Leviathan what else to say. It's an instant that loves to sacrifice itself. Vs tempo they are blockers and vs control they attack. Simple and lovely yay!

Dig Through Time + Jace's Ingenuity : Card draw man, your going to need it.

Sideboard

Negate : Put in vs control and jeskai

Pearl Lake Ancient : Put in vs control

Spear of Heliod : Put in when you notice some weak links this card is always great. Gives +1 +1 and kills creatures instantly.

Erase : Destroy all ascendancies!

Treasure Cruise : More Card draw! Put it in when ever you want you decide how many you need.

Good luck and have fun because your opponent won't.
