What if someone plays Torpor Orb , will that stop Storm Crow 's "win the game" etb trigger? If that is the case it'd suggest adding Molten Rain so that you can deny them the opportunity to play Torpor Orb

Actually you are missing the oracle text, it has a separate line of text for each individual card stating how they interact and how Storm Crow can't be affected by them
