The deck looks pretty good so far. I would strongly recommend Birthing Pod because it's a source of sacrifice that can get more creatures from your deck. Some other cards you may want to run is Smothering Abomination, Awakening Zone and/or From Beyond, and Solemn Simulacrum, all of which are quite helpful for the deck.

If recommend something like Dark Prophecy for card draw. Or maybe Fecundity is let's your opponents draw cards too but then you don't lose the life. I hope these help. +1 from me

I personally would take out Death Cloud.

You might want to take out Terastodon or Bonehoard.

I think The Gitrog Monster would be great because you don't even need anything to sac it and also it makes you make an extra land drop each turn it's alive. Also if you ever feel like keeping it alive you can just sac a land a draw a card.

Plaguecrafter is straight up better the Fleshbag Marauder

Spore Frog is in most Meren decks, so hard not to suggest it

Riftsweeper is a card i would suggest heavily as it can help with a weakness of the strategy. saved me in a recent game so i might be biased.

with urborg out you can get a lot of value from a Cabal Stronghold
