Sideboard

The basic idea of the deck is simple.

Control. Aggro. Kill.

Simple, right? No?

Alrighty then! Let me dumb this down for ya!

Reader's Digest version!

::::Invisible Stalker + Gavony Township + Silverblade Paladin + Any other damage buff = Good.

::::Champion of Lambholt + ALL damage buff = "Nobody block! Opponent player's got this!"

::::Detention Sphere + Council of the Absolute + Lyev Skyknight = "Oh, you thought this was just an aggro deck? Haha, you're funny... You'd be funnier... DEAD."

:::: Bonds of Faith = Pacifism or +2/+2 to HUMAN

Still don't get it?

Okay, you know what? Let me DUMB it down even more!

Everything is there to support Invisible Stalker!

Why?

Because... He's hexproof and unblockable...That's like a girl or a guy with a nice face AND body. You never pass up on a girl or a guy with a nice face AND body... If he had his own +1/+1 counter mechanic, he'd have great personality too.. -__-'

..Or a she...

Obviously, all cards like Gavony Township, Mayor of Avabruck   , Vorel of the Hull Clade and Bonds of Faith are to pump up Invisible Stalker, Champion of Lambholt, and Champion of the Parish; however, this makes the control of this deck seem inadequate... THUS!

CONTROL ASPECT:

  • Bonds of Faith can be utilized as a Pacifism ! (As long as they're not human... blah, blah, blah.)

  • Detention Sphere can get rid of nasty little enchantments and creatures that tend to piss you off...

  • Then, creatures like Lyev Skyknight , and Council of the Absolute come along to disable crucial spells from being cast and to detain all those stupid things that pose a threat to your aggro.

"WHY MORE SPELLS?":

  • Farseek is there to pump out your lands faster (to make the best use of Gavony Township) and--

  • Simic Charm is there to say "That's a pretty spell you got there! Would be a shame if someone were to.... GIVE EVERYTHING HEXPROOF!"

SIDEBOARD ASPECT:

  • The Render Silent and Negate are just there in-case they are running a control deck against you. It's to say, "I counter your counter that is countering my counter to counter your counter on my creature."

  • The Blind Obedience is there to stop Rakdos and Boros decks from overrunning you with their Haste creatures.

  • Rest in Peace is obviously there to stop Reanimator decks and Psychic Spiral is there to laugh at mill decks.

  • Fiend Hunter and Saving Grasp is there to run its combos and possibly perma-exile up to six creatures (while Fiend exiling two of them).

So, yeah!

Enjoy! Critique! Thumbs up! Tell me what you think!

Above all...

I hope you had fun reading all this... :)

Have fun with it!

Updates Add

Removals:

(After testing out its viability at a recent FNM, I've realized that it is too heavy and partially useless for this deck.)

(With the removal of two Gavony of Township, the draw power of Azorius Charm (amongst its other utilities) proved more useful.)

(After playing this sideboarded in, I realized that the chance with two are too slim (no pun intended) and that open mana wasn't a possibility.)

Additions:

(Added two more Fiend Hunter to atone for the loss of Council of the Absolute.)

(Added two more Vorel of the Hull Clade to atone for the loss of Negate with higher damage buffs.)

Trades:

(The Gavony Township posed to being a downfall during matches due to its frequency and the inability to work around the one-colorless-mana-that-is-useless-without-its-buddies
