Great deck. I like the Mentor of the Meek and Champion of the Parish . and what those killing waves would be good with is Faith's Reward as your creatures die to Killing Wave you get zombies and they come back with Faith's Reward .+1!

Hey, thanks! I love Killing Wave and Xathrid Necromancer , we both sack all our creatures and I get a ton of zombies hehe. :) I will definitely think about Faith's Reward , it seems like a viable idea, the only issue is that I would likely dump all my mana into Killing Wave to ensure maximum effectiveness. :)

I would suggest maybe Honor of the Pure fore boosting and maybe Mirran Crusader in place of Fiendslayer Paladin ?

I don't want Honor of the Pure because it would actually cut out the Mentor of the Meek trigger, although if I took those out it would be a nice idea. Mirran Crusader is a good sideboard if I was facing Golgari or Simic et cetera. Thanks!

Nice build.. Love grinding up humans. Have you considered Athreos, God of Passage coupled with some kind of sac effect?

I like Blind Zealot, Grave Pact is too slow for the deck, I need to be casting creatures at that mana level, either that or Wrath of God.

Mentor of the Meek might be a good alternative for draw card too so you don't lose life to draw cards and it gives more fodder for xathrid conversion and athreos

Teysa, Orzhov Scion seems to have a place here

and why no Bloodsoaked Champion seems to be another good fit

What about Altar's Reap in place of Sign in Blood, get yourself a zombie or more and 2 cards rather than lose 2 life. Also lets you do it at instant speed.

I know it isn't a Human, but it is a zombie, how about Phyrexian Crusader?

Also, if you could, would you mind checking my deck out? It's called The Necromancer. (for some reason the hyperlinks aren't working for deck linking?) Currently I am trying to find a good balance between creatures to sacrifice and sacrifice enablers. I figured since you've been working on this deck for a year, you may have some insight for what could help my deck out some.

Killing Wave is also a really nice finisher. Especially with Athreos, God of Passage out ;)
