This is a slightly altered version of the budget deck e-hondas-hundred-hand-slap by MinscAndBoo .

This deck (While I haven't playtested it yet, will do so tonight at FNM) I would imagine would do fairly well against mono blue as well as aggro decks. With early 1 drop defenders (subbed in for Angelic Wall against mono-blue and other flying decks) It would hold off aggro well. Fabled Hero + Holy Mantle makes an excellent unblockable 10 damage by turn 4, god's willing and brave the elements thrown in for protection from removal.

But the core of this deck is Hundred-Handed One + Holy Mantle . That put's a massive wall up against tokens produced by cards like Master of Waves and Evangel of Heliod . Even another Elspeth.
