Ob Nixilis Reignited is there for flavor (demon) and card draw. If nothing else it diverts some attention for a turn or 2. I like having him in the deck. Like you said Sorin, Grim Nemesis is a fucking bomb. I can't get myself to cut either one.
Swords to Plowshares, Hero's Downfall and Vindicate are on the grocery list (so to speak).
The "maybeboard" is never stuff I own. Its future pick ups. I guess everyone uses it differently.
I made some changes since yesterday:Removed - To the Slaughter, Tribute to Hunger, Iona, Shield of Emeria, Tree of Perdition, and Deathpact Angel
Added - Ankle Shanker, Merciless Executioner, Kolaghan Monument (I didn't have the signet on hand. seemed like a good stand in), Eerie Interlude, and Sudden Spoiling
You bring up a good point about Ghostly Prison and Oblivion Ring. I could replace those with Swords to Plowshares, and Path to Exile.
Thoughts on Angel of Condemnation? I packed one and I think its interesting but I dont know if its actually good or not.. also is there anything in my Jaleva deck that could be better used here?? I dont want to hurt that deck... but its a new one and its less important than this one. Under A Serpent Sun

I like the changes. It focuses more on the angel theme. The o Ly one I'm not sure about is Bruna. It's going to be very rare you get the meld thing to happen. However, the fact she brings back an angel or human may be worth it since you have a lot of those.
I agree with precociousapprentice about Chromatic Lantern and Coalition Relic. However, if you're on a budget Commander's Sphere and Darksteel Ingot are also perfectly fine.
I'm not sure how aggro you want to go but you're in the best colours for haste and double strike which can make angels truly terrifying lol. I wonder if that would be making it too much like a Kaalia deck though. Duelist's Heritage is one of my fave enchantments in my Marchesa deck because it can be used on my own creatures or on an opponent's creature if they are attacking someone else. It's a subtle political card.

Land suggestions:
You may want to consider adding the other two "pain lands" : Battlefield Forge and Sulfurous Springs. I like them as budget alternatives to "fetches" and "shocks". I also like the "check" lands as they often come into play untapped: Clifftop Retreat, Dragonskull Summit and Isolated Chapel. Please cut Transguild Promenade. It really slows your mana down and makes me sad lol.

I couldn't agree more on the mana. Thats the next step. I was planning on the pain lands and the scry lands to start. The other check lands are a good idea too. Dragonskull summit is already in the deck.
I was unsure about Bruna too but the "brings back to the battlefield" is something I am all about. Plus she was like 75 cents. So I figured it wouldn't hurt to test.
The promenade can totally come out. Honestly a badic maybe better than it for now.

Note to Tappedout. The Bruna, the Fading Light in my deck is the Eldritch Moon printing and is NOT a foil. I have tried to correct this like 5x and it will not switch to non-foil. I have tried reentering it, I have deleted the F from the decklist itself. Can not get right. I know it doesn't REALLY matter but its frustrating.

Now swap out your basics for snow lands to get that cold black metal atmosphere and you're good.

Three more comments:
First, how have planeswalkers worked for you? I always find them to be super fragile, and they never perform as well as I like. I have removed every planeswalker I have trialled in my Queen Marchesa: Politics, Aikido, and Control deck. I would say that Sorin, Grim Nemesis may be an occasional bomb, but Ob Nixilis Reignited looks like a total dud, with both being way too slow for any real effect on the game. I would be tempted to remove both for stronger cards.
Second, I see that both Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are in your maybeboard. These are both amazing cards. Oblivion Ring is in your maindeck, and without support, Oblivion Ring is just OK. Unless it is a matter of not having them, both Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile should be in your deck, and you should be able to find better cards than Oblivion Ring. There are many more spot creature removal cards that would be better. I would suggest Vindicate, and if you really like the edtic effects, you could retain To the Slaughter and Tribute to Hunger, and add Smallpox, Chainer's Edict, Diabolic Edict, and Geth's Verdict.
Third, you have very little pillow fort in here. That is completely fine, as not all decks want it, but I am not sure what Ghostly Prison will do for you without support. You need to figure out the focus of your deck first, and if a pillow fort is not part of it, remove Ghostly Prison. It will do you little good alone.
