Ok. Serious TLC time. You NEED to aim for 4 or 3 or your essential and needed cards. Then 2 or 1 of WinCons or power cards. All these 1s will be your downfall. Next, PICK A SINGLE STRATEGY. You have things that get the graveyard fuller, then some controly cards, some aggressive midrange cards, and then just some bad ones. I cant help further untill you decide on a strategy. Temur Tempo, Temur Midrange, Temur Control. Pick one, please. Dont get discouraged. I had a deck that was worse than this when I started playing. Listen, I hate self-advertising on other decks, but take a look.

Again as Oww99 said you need to pick a theme and build a deck using that theme or goal. There are a ton of options in the Temur colors.

I agree with the people above, add more copies of your favorite cards. Every card in your deck, think about how often you want to see it. For sure every game? 4 copies. But it's really expensive? Either add cards like 4 Elvish Mystic or 4 Voyaging Satyr or 4 Kiora's Follower or 4 Rattleclaw Mystic, or make that expensive card a 3 or 2 of. For sure the Elvish Mystics and pick 1 of the others to keep and get 4 of it. If you can, try to get more Courser of Kruphix and bring that up to 4 too. Don't use Temur Banner.

And again, look at your favorite cards, the ones that you smile when you see them in your opening hand, and add MORE OF THEM. Good luck!

Just thought I'd link you to Mindswiper - 1st place FNM (4-0), I've had some good success with it. It's Temur Control-Midrange... emphasis on the Midrtange.

I'd recommend removing Highland Game completely, and one copy of Nylea, God of the Hunt and Thassa, God of the Sea. I would also recommend more land, because 16 is too little. If you want a good ramp deck check my Element of Treachery out.

Well for early defense I prefer Wall of Frost or Courser of Kruphix,or if you want a cheap blocker and early aggro you can use Heir of the Wilds.
