Your mana requirements are quite difficult to meet. Ajani's Sunstriker requires double W, Spark Trooper requires double R and Vampire Nighthawk requires double B, not to mention Obzedat, Ghost Council .
It seems like you have red just for Spark Trooper , is it worth a whole new color just for it?

Your deck doesn't really have any 1-drops barring Arbor Elf. I would add 4 Experiment One and Legion Loyalist and take out 4 Arbor Elf and 4 Ambush Viper . The Vipers are a very defensive card, but this deck is Aggro. You don't need to worry about defence. You don't need ramp in your deck since the highest CMC in your deck is 4. For that same reason, I would take out all 4 Farseek and put in 3 Stromkirk Noble and 1 Gruul War Chant . Take out 2 Ground Assault and add 2 Pyrewild Shaman .

TitansFTW How does the board look now? I'm trying to keep it cheapish and use cards I already have. I've got the reckoners Cacklers spears and strikers.

I would choose Legion Loyalist or Experiment One over Rakdos Cackler . Strongly leaning towards the exp one.

Rakdos Cackler is a 2/2 for R which is better for aggro than Experiment One . Legion Loyalist can just be chump blocked, although if held in hand for a fast battalion he is alright, but Cackler is better in that kind of situation.

I wouldn't say that cackler is better at all. Experiment one can easily become a 3/3 on turn 2 and then gains regen.

Experiment will be harder to get out on turn 1 because of land base.

I agree with GdSvThQn in that Legion Loyalist is generally better than Rakdos Cackler . Picture this:
Turn 1: Legion Loyalist , attack for 1.
Turn 2: Burning-Tree Emissary , Lightning Mauler paired with the Emissary, attack for 5 with First Strike and Trample.
If you really want to run them both, take out all 4 Gyre Sage . You don't need ramp in an Aggro deck that tops out at 4. Besides, you have enough 2 drops already.

And Loyalist isn't really for a turn 1 drop. You should keep him in hand until you have two creatures out and pop him down for a batallion swing. He is a surprise tactic

You're going to have a ton of problems if you are storing loyalist for later in the game. Either way I'd say exp one is superior to both.

First place R/G Aggro. No loyalist or Exp One, Exp1 because of landbase i assume, and Cackler because he is a 1drop for 2/2 that can go onto a mauler

but I do like loyalist atm, just because it gives hydra trample, and stops Advent of the Wurm

One deck doesn't really prove a point, just giving a recommendation.

Pillar of Flame not needed as much anymore you could add more creatures and if you need it you can put it in side. I took mine out completely. Blasphemous Act and Domri Rade seem so much better with Boros Reckoner plus I run the all mighty Hellrider

Chalice of Life Flip is probably redundant considering all of the damage this deck can already dish out. Tapping for 5 more probably won't matter as much. Especially when you have battalion creatures anyways. You'll need the extra creatures.
I'd also strongly advise finding a 1-drop to round out your curve.
